Cheung Kok Ecotourism Village - AMICA

what you can experience

  • View Khmer village activities such as making palm sugar, woodcarving, cultivating rice, playing traditional music and weaving multi-use scarves. With at least 3 days’ notice, we can arrange for you to take part in certain activities.

  • Purchase locally made handicrafts from abundant local materials such as coconut, bamboo, wood, palm leaves, rattan and seeds and support the preservation of traditional Cambodian silks. Profits go towards teachers’ salaries at AMICA’s free school and long-term projects in education, health and environment.

  • Continue your discovery of Kampong Cham’s beautiful countryside (Phnom Pros, Phnom Srei or Wat Nokor). Ask us for information on bicycle rentals and maps.
